ONE PERSON CANNOT DO TWO PEOPLE'S STUFF...really...

now sitting in my S1's office, thinking about how i'm going to continue with the rest of the week...i mean, i was already reprimanded by CO twice before lunchtime! What a perfect start to my day yeah? Important start to everyday:

1. Wake up.
2. Brush teeth & wash face.
3. Have a good breakfast.
4. Don't forget to top it all off with a scolding or two from your boss...helps the circulation they say.

I was contemplating staying up to try and work on the PowerPoint slides which are needed on Wed, but then I realised that the updates I need can only come tmr...so wth, just do tmr lor...at most sleep late lor...

Today's scolding was a classic case (as I've been bitching to all my colleagues) of you should know VERSUS i really don't know. So CO gives me the "you mean you dunno" look, and I look to S4 for help, and all i get was a look of exasperation and a "don't look at me, you're on your own my dear boy" *insert British accent here* look. In the end, CO sends the whole jean-gang of us out of his office to return later when "we've sorted out things"...

At this point, the level of frustration faced by l'il ol' me reaches high levels, close to critical mass...but i steel myself to calm down and suck it up. I mean, I was already prepping myself for the whole weekend that this was going to be a sucky week...so it could only get better right? ...i sincerely hope so... *gulp*

hopefully, this kinda thinking helps me through this week... i have come to realise that my job and my boss' job are both really important and it's really difficult to have one person do the workload of two people...it's just not done lah...really wish my S1 were back now...(i bet that's a first...most people would die to have their bosses away for a week).

My branch is having a ball of a time though. they have the longest breaks in the mornings, and people even disappear for fair amts of time. i would bother if i could, but i can't...too busy... To be absolutely honest, i'm terribly disappointed with my guys...the bastards leave early, work so little, and yet complain so much. Of course, there are the occasional gems, but that's the problem...these gems are OCCASIONAL...rare...elusive...

for instance, my oh-most-wondrous specialists locked me out of branch this evening and left for dinner..they just clean forgot abt me, and locked up the branch and left...no one bothered to ask if i was leaving already, or if i had anything else for them...sometimes i really wanna freak... these people are the same age as me, and they are behaving like shits...

i know we are NSFs and that we are going to ORD, but really...must their behaviour be that of total social morons? no decency whatsoever (at least fucking act decent..you don't actually HAVE to be decent). i dun even know how to scold them or tell them off or anything...it's just so immensely exasperating that you are exhausted just from being exasperated, so you never actually get the strength up to scold the buggers... It's just so unfair sometimes... *xj thinks he will just continue in an endless loop if he continues...so he decides to stop*

ok lah, i believe i have ranted and raved enough for one night...i expect i will be posting more often these few nights as i continue to document my Hell Week... Good Luck XJ...you gonna need it.. *xj thumps chest in a bid to up his courage* *xj doesn't feel more courageous*

start of a sucky week...sheesh...

no good, no good....this is the start of a terrible...

i'm in my S1's office and the only thing working is the i-NET terminal (which explains why i'm posting now...heh)

anyway, there's been some kind of power shortage at the main HQ, so everyone's Novell is down...yippy ay yay!!! NOT!! like that how to work?! confirm die wan lor, then got so many outstanding issues...so annoying...

i really am quite worried about this week...very little time to do many things...wonder how am i going to achieve it...

on a brighter note, weiquan bought a multi-tap for the PS2 liao..and IT ROCKS!!! we tried out Champions of Norrath: Return to Arms, and it was great. Also, the importing of characters from the Champions 1 really works...so that rocks too! can't wait to find some time so that cal, quan and i can kick some demon butt... one thing we must remember though... DO NOT CAST MAGIC SIMULTANEOUSLY for fear of tremendous lag which would in turn kill us all...haha...

still waiting for OA acc to be up so that i can work...really can't live without computers, but really hate them at the same time...sigh...

i seriouly need to learn some basic HTML...weiquan said my blog abit plain, need to "spice things a little"...hmm...maybe when i have time lor...haha

This is the BIRTHHDAY BOY!!!

bdae party...happy...sad...whatever...

Last night was jianhong's bdae party...his 21st, but to be really technical, his 5th and one-quarter-th birthday (the dude's born on the 29th of Feb, leap year man!!!) will always be eternally young...haha

anyway, it wasn't too bad a party...i met up with weiquan, cal, kev & quah at paya lebar...then we attempted to walk to the place...The Waterina...this new condo that Hong is moving into soon...we super lost our way, and ended up backtracking and stuff...when we finally found the place, it was a good half hour spent man...heh.

hong invited quite a few groups of people...his family, the TEG, his camp pple (us and his branch pple) and his cell group...quite a good mix... there was the usual BBQ stuff, curry, fried bee hoon, this pork and mushroom stew that his mom made...ALL Good...

the cake was particularly yummy...could tell it was expensive stuff...heh...

i realised that cal really looks very ang moh (or at least mixed blood lah...)...yet at the same time he looked abit 'ah pek' too...so dunno what to make of it... anyway, he still could not watch his FOUL mouth and was shooting off KNNBCCB all over the shop...i mean there were young kids around (Hong's cousins) and he just kept shooting off...sometimes ah, really must whack then can...terrible man...

you could really feel Hong's happiness last night...the friends, the ORD-ing soon, the carefree look and radiant smile and all...i really feel damn happy for him...will really miss him when he leaves though...

this coming month is going to be full of hectic weekends, alot of march/apr babies, and all got parties...21st mah...so must be super special and all...quite exciting man... i'm spending my bdae in Taiwan, training...ATEC...feeling a little sad about that...i wonder if anyone will do anything nice for me...

dunno lah, it's been awhile since i've had anything nice done for me...not being selfish or anything ah...just lacking abit of TLC...haha....anyone hear me out there!?!?!

anyway, the coming week is really going to be a bitch...my boss is not around, so i'll have to be in charge...sometimes i really hate being in charge...then quite stressed about the Taiwan stuff..quite alot of things still need to be done...ugh...how how??

aiyah...dun wanna think about it anymore...will stop now...going to mope abt the coming to my pillow....yeah, i think that's what i'll do...pillows are good mope-ees...heh...

My First Post...

finally decided to start up a blog for myself...heh

hopefully it will be therapeutic and aid in my mental and emotional development...haha

anyway, i'm noe in camp waiting for my S1 to return from dinner...so sucky, next he's leaving for Malaysia, lwaving me all alone to fend for myself during the upcoming CO conference and parade...so scary, so intimidating...sigh...

oh no, i just heard his car pull up...going to log off now...post in soon!!! ^_^
